Job summary

Rainhill High School (St Helens) is seeking a Year Student Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, personal development, behaviour and welfare of a year group, including celebrating successes and promoting positive role model behaviours.

This non-teaching role acts as the first point of contact for students, parents and colleagues to foster positive relationships between home and school, with feedback and action plans for students.

• Previous experience of working with children and young people is essential.

We are looking for a Year Student Manager who can cultivate a positive ethos and be responsible for the day to day operations, personal development, behaviour and welfare of a year group including the celebration of success, use of rewards and adhering to policies and promoting positive role model behaviours. This is a non-teaching role where you will act as the first point of contact for students, parents and colleagues in order to facilitate positive working relationships between the home and school with accurate and effective feedback using effective behaviour management strategies and action plans for students.
