Job summary

Sarah Bonnell School in Newham is seeking a Year Leader to provide pastoral care for a single year group, focusing on safety, wellbeing, attendance and behaviour, with safeguarding and parental engagement led by the post-holder.

This full-time, term-time role covers 36 hours per week, with two posts available. The role involves leading attendance and behaviour monitoring, coordinating with families and external agencies, and helping create a positive, inclusive culture.

Job description

Year Leader post at Sarah Bonnell School, an all-girls 11-16 academy that is part of Newham Community Learning Trust. The role centres on pastoral care for students in one year group, covering safety, wellbeing, attendance and behaviour, with safeguarding and parental engagement also led by the post-holder. It is a full-time, term-time role of 36 hours a week, and two posts are available. Visa sponsorship is not available and the start date is to be confirmed.
