Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Eligible to undertake a year-in-industry placement as part of degree programme.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate workloads independently and meet deadlines.
• Confident working in a diverse team and engaging with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to other sites; travel expenses covered.
• Cover letter explaining suitability for the opportunity and alignment with studies/career plans.
• Minimum five years’ UK residence due to potential National Security Vetting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical insight into operational challenges during wind turbine early life.
• Develop project management experience from planning to execution.
• Experience teamwork and workplace culture in an offshore environment.
• Support statutory and annual campaigns and self-perform readiness.
• Contribute to warranty defect close-out and major component exchanges.
• Help manage day-to-day activities of an offshore wind farm.
