RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is offering a Year in Industry placement in Offshore Wind, starting July 2027. The role is full-time on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid model: 3 days onsite in Swindon and two days working from home.
You will gain knowledge of O&M infrastructure concepts, assist with project management tools and attend active construction sites, supported by the team. You may lead a small project and help develop delivery strategies for future wind farms.

This position is aimed at those currently studying who are eligible for a Year in Industry Placement. For those who will be graduating Summer 2027 we encourage you to apply for our graduate programme which will be advertised in January 2027.
An offer of employment in this role may require holding active or ability to pass National Security vetting to SC level. Failure to obtain and or maintain National Security Vetting to SC may result in the removal of job offers and or existing employment.
