Job summary

The Telford Park School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to work with a year group, helping students make good progress and feel supported. You will contribute to the school’s pastoral framework and work closely with Form Tutors to monitor behaviour and wellbeing.

You will implement school policies on conduct and pastoral care and engage strategically with students to improve attitudes to learning, recording actions on the Conduct System for accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of school policies on conduct and pastoral care throughout the school day.
• Work with students to improve attitudes to learning and coordinate with Form Tutors, Subject Teachers, Heads of Departments and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring actions are recorded on the Conduct System.
