Job summary

Responsibilities

• To ensure Form Tutors raise aspirations of vulnerable and pupil premium students.
• Help contribute to high levels of attendance and punctuality.
• Be a point of contact for students and families when learning is affected.
• Support Heads of Department to help underachieving students catch up, esp. Maths, English and Science.
• Contribute to confidential records of issues affecting progress.
• Lead and deliver assemblies and promote positive behaviour.
• Monitor safeguarding and communication with staff and families.
• Collaborate with SEND to provide cohesive support for the most vulnerable students.
