All Saints' Catholic High School in Sheffield seeks an Inclusion role within the Inclusion Team. The post focuses on supporting students, building strong relationships with students, families and staff, and inspiring young people with strong behaviour management skills.

The successful candidate will operate with a high profile among students and contribute to safeguarding. The school emphasises CPD and continuous development, with a commitment to safeguarding and welfare and a proactive approach

Qualifications

Proven track record of supporting students.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
Inspire and challenge young people.
Strong relational and behaviour management skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check.

Responsabilités

Promote and monitor the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental/psychological and personal development of every student within the year group.
Monitor standards of student achievement and support progress through pastoral care and tutorial programme.
Support and develop a high performing Tutor Team.
Be accountable for the impact of intervention on engagement and achievement of individual students within the year group.
Support safeguarding for all students in the year group.
Ensure Student Voice is heard and considered as an Evaluation Tool and lever for improvement.
