Qualifications

• QTS qualification required.
• Year 6 teaching experience preferred; ECTs not suitable.
• Strong knowledge of Upper KS2 expectations and assessment.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Year 6 class and deliver lessons across the upper Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments and transition to secondary school.
• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning opportunities.
• Monitor and track pupil progress effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
