Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a committed Year 5 Teacher for a school in Wellingborough, starting 2nd November 2026. The role is on a temporary, long-term basis with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will deliver engaging lessons across Year 5, build positive pupil relationships, assess progress and adapt teaching to meet needs, while upholding high behaviour standards in an inclusive, supportive environment.

The school is looking for a teacher who can create a positive classroom culture, deliver engaging and purposeful lessons, and provide pupils with the support and challenge they need to make strong progress throughout Key Stage 2.
