Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Salford seeking a confident Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time role initially for the autumn term with potential for extension.

The successful candidate will have strong Year 5/ KS2 experience, a solid grasp of White Rose Maths, and the ability to plan differentiated lessons, maintain high expectations, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Year 5 or across KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the White Rose Maths scheme and ability to plan and deliver maths lessons using it.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and promote a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong behaviour management skills and maintain high expectations.
