Job summary

Flourish Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher for a Lower KS2 class in Longbridge, Birmingham. You will plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum, with a strong focus on shaping behaviour and high learning expectations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Lower Key Stage 2
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Proven behaviour management skills
• Recent experience working within a UK Primary School

Responsibilities

• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Marking work and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed
