Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher for a KS2 position in the Knowsley area. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the classroom experience for Year 4 in KS2.

  • Take full class responsibility from lesson planning to assessment and reporting.
  • Implement inclusive teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.

Salary: £140.00 - £200 per day (Experience Dependent)

We are working closely with a 2 form entry mainstream primary school in the Knowsley area to appoint a dedicated KS2 Class Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, forward‑thinking team during a crucial stage of children's development. You will take full responsibility for the class, fostering a safe and engaging environment where high standards of learning are met with creativity and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the classroom experience
  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, with a strong focus on core subjects including Reading, Writing, and Maths.
  • Full Class Responsibility: Manage all aspects of teaching, from initial lesson planning and delivery to final assessment and reporting.
  • Inclusion & Differentiation: Implement creative and inclusive teaching strategies that meet the unique needs of every learner in the classroom.
  • Assessment & Strategy: Contribute to the school's assessment and implementation strategies, tracking pupil progress to ensure high standards of achievement.
  • Collaborative Working: Work within a well‑supported and collaborative setting, contributing positively to the wider school life and community ethos.
