Job summary

Smile Education partnered with a welcoming primary school in the Walsall area to recruit an enthusiastic Year 3 teacher for a long-term, full-time role. The position requires QTS and experience in a primary setting, with SEN support and strong classroom management.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, monitor pupil progress, manage behaviour, and work closely with staff, parents and safeguarding procedures to ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Please note: This role is strictly for experienced, fully qualified teachers.

About the Role

Smile Education is proud to partner with a welcoming primary school in the Walsall area, to recruit an enthusiastic and qualified EYFS/Primary Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated practitioner who is passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where young children can take their first steps in education with confidence and curiosity. The right candidate will also need to be confident and able to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualifications: Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: This role is strictly for experienced, fully qualified teachers.
• Experience: Demonstrates recent, substantial teaching experience within a primary setting.
• Knowledge: Possesses a deep, up-to-date understanding of the Early Years Framework / primary curriculum.
• Attributes: Nurturing, enthusiastic, and equipped with excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
