Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting for a Year 3 Class Teacher in Tamworth for a full-time role. The post involves teaching a Year 3 class, planning and delivering lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, and supporting pupil progress toward end-of-year assessments.

The ideal candidate will have QTS (ECTs considered), strong classroom management, and the ability to deliver clear, structured lessons while working with support staff and the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• QTS preferred but will consider ECTs.
• Experience teaching in KS2.
• Good classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to plan and deliver clear, structured lessons.
• Reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Teach a Year 3 class and deliver engaging lessons.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Support pupil progress and prepare them for end of year assessments.
• Manage behaviour and create a consistent classroom environment.
