Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a Year 3 Teacher to commence January 2027 in Brent. You will join a supportive primary school community and deliver an engaging, inclusive curriculum for Year 3 students, using research-informed practices to raise attainment.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has Year 3 experience, and demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management. A collaborative, proactive approach and ability to work with staff and parents are essential.

Year 3 Teacher Required commencing in January 2027

Are you a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher looking for a teaching opportunity within a supportive and vibrant school community, if so we'd love to hear from you!

We are working with a outstanding and high-achieving primary school in Brent that is seeking to appoint a Year 3 Teacher from January 2027.

Responsibilities of this Year 3 Teacher role:

• Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.

• Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.

• Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects.

• Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.

• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

The Ideal Candidate for this Year 3 Teacher role will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
