Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a passionate Year 3 Class Teacher for an inclusive primary academy in Enfield, Greater London. You will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering well-planned lessons and fostering strong KS2 foundations.

The role requires QTS, primary teaching experience and a collaborative, enthusiastic approach. You'll work with the SENDCo, engage parents, differentiate learning, assess progress and contribute to ongoing CPD within a supportive school community.

Responsibilities

• Class Teaching: Take responsibility for a Year 3 class and deliver well-planned lessons.
• Curriculum: Teach English, mathematics, science and foundation subjects.
• Differentiation: Adapt learning to support pupils with varying attainment levels.
• Assessment: Use assessment information to inform planning and intervention.
• Behaviour: Establish consistent routines and encourage positive participation.
• Inclusion: Work with the SENDCo and support staff to meet individual needs.
• Parent Partnership: Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
