Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3.
• Strong classroom management and organisation.
• High expectations for pupil progress and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Maintain firm but fair behaviour management and consistent routines.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Work closely with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders.
