Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role in Bexley, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will support a Lower KS2 class under the guidance of the class teacher, helping pupils stay engaged and make progress.

The role involves working with individuals and small groups, supporting literacy and numeracy, and assisting with classroom routines and resource preparation. Prior KS2 experience is advantageous.
