• Year 2 Teacher – Sutton Coldfield Primary School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Long-term

Elevate Supply is working with a well-regarded, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Sutton Coldfield seeking an experienced and adaptable Year 2 Teacher for an immediate start. This full-time role is ideal for a confident practitioner who can take full class responsibility and deliver high-quality teaching in preparation for end-of-KS1 assessments.

About the Role:

Full class teacher responsibility for a Year 2 class

Planning, delivering and assessing engaging and differentiated lessons

Preparing pupils for end-of-KS1 SATs with focused interventions and revision

Working closely with SLT, phase leaders and support staff to meet pupil needs

Creating a structured, positive learning environment to support pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent KS1 teaching experience

Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and SATs expectations

Confident managing classroom behaviour and differentiating for varying abilities
