Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is assisting a welcoming primary school in North Lambeth to recruit a Year 2 Class Teacher for January to July 2027.

You will plan and deliver lessons, assess pupils and support wider needs, with a view to possible permanent employment from September 2027. The school seeks an experienced KS1 practitioner with solid Year 2 understanding, capable of taking full responsibility for a class and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Has prior and strong experience teaching in KS1, ideally with Year 5 experience.
• Has a secure understanding of the Year 2 curriculum.

Pay: MPS, PAYE, Weekly

Are you an experienced KS1 Teacher looking for a long-term contract? Tradewind are proud to be supporting a welcoming and new opportunity in a welcoming primary school based in the North Lambeth area.

You would be joining a one-form-entry primary school, who seek a Year 2 Class Teacher to join their team. There is a potential permanent role available from September 2027!

The Role

You will take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation and delivery of engaging lessons, assessment and supporting the wider needs of your pupils.

The school is looking for someone who:

• Has prior and strong experience teaching in KS1, ideally with Year 5 experience.
