Job Title: Year 2/3 Class Teacher

Responsibilities:
  1. Teach a mixed Year 2/3 class, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
  2. Plan creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  3. Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform planning and support.
  4. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in KS1 and/or lower KS2.
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
