Job summary

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or higher) to support a Year 1 class on a full-time basis.

This is a long-term role in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will provide general classroom support while leading phonics sessions and targeted interventions to help pupils build confidence and achieve their potential.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or higher qualification) to support a Year 1 class on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant seeking a long-term role within a supportive school. The successful candidate will provide general classroom support while also leading small-group phonics sessions and targeted interventions, helping pupils build confidence and achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Providing general classroom support within a Year 1 class
