Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with SEN. Promote inclusion, build self-esteem, and model positive behaviours.
• Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom display work. Monitor and record pupil progress, provide regular feedback to teachers, and assist with routine administrative duties.
• Deliver structured learning programmes, including literacy and numeracy activities, using ICT effectively to support learning.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection policies. Assist with pupil supervision out of lesson times (e.g., lunchtimes/breaks) and accompany educational visits when required.
