Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with speech and language difficulties.
• Willingness to provide intimate care as part of the role.
• Able to work with teachers and SENDCo to support learning and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support a Year 1 child with communication and learning needs.
• Work 1:1, in small groups, and with the whole class as needed.
• Assist with behaviour management and inclusive practice.
• Supervise lunchtime and assist with morning duties.
