Desian Education are recruiting a dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Southport from January 2027. This full-time, long-term role focuses on supporting pupils as they transition from EYFS to KS1, delivering engaging lessons in a nurturing classroom.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has KS1 experience, and can collaborate with teaching assistants and leaders to maintain high standards and build strong relationships with pupils and parents.

Formación

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Year 1 or KS1.
• Confident delivering Year 1 curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain).

About the Role

Desian Education are delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Southport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate KS1 specialist looking to secure a full-time, long-term teaching position from January 2027. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils through the important transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1 while delivering engaging and effective lessons in a nurturing classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate
