Job summary

Academics are partnering with a well-regarded primary school in Berkhamsted to recruit a part-time Year 1 Class Teacher. You will deliver high-quality lessons, plan engaging activities, and support pupil wellbeing and progression.

The successful candidate will hold QTS and bring KS1/Year 1 experience, with strong classroom management and communication skills, and be able to commute to Berkhamsted in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching Year 1 in Key Stage 1 is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and planning abilities are essential.
• Child-centred, inclusive approach to learning and communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Year 1 Class Teacher seeking a part-time position within the education and training environment?

We are currently working with a well-regarded primary school in Berkhamsted that is looking to appoint a committed Year 1 Class Teacher.

The successful Year 1 Class Teacher will join a collaborative school community where pupil wellbeing, achievement and personal development are highly valued. Key Responsibilities

About You

You will ideally have:
