Job summary

Winner Recruitment in Coventry is recruiting experienced Yard Shunters for night shifts only. You will safely move trailers and vehicles around the depot, ensuring smooth operations through the night. You’ll work independently during night hours and coordinate with transport and warehouse teams. Pay starts at £20 per hour, with holiday pay included (£22.41).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely shunt HGV trailers and vehicles around the yard.

• Report any vehicle defects, damage or safety concerns immediately.
• Keep the yard organised and operate efficiently during the night shift.

Pay: £20.00 per hour
Including holiday pay: £22.41 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Yard Shunters to join our team in Coventry. This is a night-shift-only position for reliable, safety-conscious drivers who are confident manoeuvring HGVs around a busy yard.

The Role
