Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is seeking a customer-focused role for a full-time position based in Farnborough. The role runs Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays and begins on Monday 1 February 2027.

You’ll deliver excellent service, understand customer needs, and support sales and operations across yard, counter and shop floor. Training is provided for forklift operations; a positive, ethical attitude and the ability to thrive in a team are essential as you contribute to a rewarding

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer and ascertain their needs with quick, efficient service.
• Ask open questions to understand current and future requirements and support all needs.
• Maintain high standards across yard, counter and shop floor.
• Operate machinery safely and carry out offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles.
• Support initiatives to increase sales, margin and service as required.
• Develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs.
• Load and unload vehicles, including forklift work (training provided).
