Job summary

CRS Building Supplies in Bridgwater is seeking a Yard Sales Assistant to join our team. You will load and unload vehicles, assist customers with product advice, and manage stock enquiries while keeping yards and warehouses clean and safe.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Join a supportive branch team within the Independent Builders Merchant Group network.

Qualifications

• Experience loading and unloading goods, and handling stock inquiries.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures is essential.
• Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) required.

• Loading and unloading customer, supplier, and company vehicles
• Serving customers and providing product advice
• Assisting with stock enquiries and product availability
• Keeping the yard, warehouse, and work areas clean and organised
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the Branch Manager and wider branch team

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm, plus Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

The Role
