Job summary

Jewson, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is hiring a Yard Sales Advisor in Kings Lynn (PE30 2HZ). This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7.00am–5.00pm, for a 6-month FTC with competitive salary and benefits.

You will greet customers, assess needs, build relationships, restock the yard, operate machinery, and support sales initiatives while maintaining high standards across the yard and shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer and ascertain their needs with quick, efficient service.
• Ask open questions to build relationships and understand current and future requirements.
• Maintain high standards across yard, counter and shop floor.
• Operate machinery safely and perform loading/unloading tasks, including forklift training.
• Support initiatives to increase sales, margin and service.
• Continuously develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines.
