Job summary

Jewson, part of STARK UK, invites applications for a Yard Sales Advisor in Kings Lynn (PE30 2HZ). This full-time, 6-month FTC role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, maintain yard and shop standards, operate forklift training provided, and support sales initiatives.

• Ability to work safely and follow operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service.
• Ask open questions to build relationships and understand current and future requirements.
• Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor.
• Operate machinery safely and carry out offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles.
• Support initiatives to increase sales, margin and service.
• Continually develop knowledge of product lines to meet customer needs.
• Loading and unloading vehicles manually and with a forklift (training provided).
