Jewson, part of Stark UK, is seeking a Yard Sales Advisor for the Morecambe branch. You will provide friendly, efficient service, help customers with product selection, and uphold yard and shop floor standards.

Working Monday to Friday 7:30am–5:00pm with alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00, you’ll load/unload, operate basic machinery safely, and support sales initiatives. Training provided where needed.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Sales Advisor based in our thriving Morecambe (LA3 3DT) branch!

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service
• Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand our customers current and future requirements so we can support all their needs
• Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor
• Operate machinery safely and carry out key operational activities such as offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles
• Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required
• Continually develop your knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs
• Loading and unloading vehicles both manually and with a forklift (training will be provided)
