Job summary

Wisteria Talent Ltd is seeking a Yard Operative for a busy franchised dealership in Filton. You will help keep the forecourt organised, ensure parking spaces are available, and assist with vehicle movements throughout the day to support sales and service teams.

You should be practical, hands-on, reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a dealership environment. A full UK driving licence is required to perform the role.

Dealership Yard Operative

We are recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy franchised dealership, taking responsibility for keeping the forecourt organised, accessible and running smoothly.

This isn't your typical driving role. You'll be responsible for managing the movement and organisation of vehicles across the dealership, ensuring there are always suitable parking spaces available for customers and that sales and service vehicles can be easily located and accessed when required.

The Role

• Organising and managing vehicles across the dealership forecourt and yard
• Moving vehicles safely around the site as required

Hours & Benefits

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm Overtime available on weekends

This would suit someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in keeping things organised. You'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the dealership, helping ensure both customers and dealership teams can access the vehicles they need quickly and easily.
