Job summary

Pertemps Scotland is recruiting a Yard Operative in Coatbridge for a full-time position with a 45-hour week. The role involves loading/unloading mats and materials, yard housekeeping and stock movement, and operating basic yard equipment.

You will work with a small team on site, follow Health & Safety procedures at all times, and contribute to efficient yard operations. Immediate start is available, with temp-to-perm progression for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous yard operative experience preferable but not essential.
• Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual tasks including lifting.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Good teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.

Pertemps are delighted to be supporting our esteemed client in the recruitment of a Yard Operative in Coatbridge

Location: Coatbridge(ML5)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Overtime will be available, paid at time and a half/ double time

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Winter hours: 6am-3.45pm

Summer hours:7am-4.45pm
