Job summary

Huws Gray Gaerwen is looking for a Yard Operative/Relief HGV Driver to support our busy yard in Gaerwen. The role is varied and outdoor, with duties including serving customers, receiving deliveries, and helping load and unload vehicles.

You'll need a Class 2 driving licence, and a forklift licence is a bonus. We offer on-the-job training and the option for HIAB certification, with a friendly, supportive team and potential flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Class 2 driving licence required.
• Forklift licence is a nice extra.
• HIAB certification training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in the yard.
• Safely receive and organise deliveries, keeping the yard tidy and secure.
• Support with vehicle loading/unloading.
• Make occasional local deliveries when needed.
• Maintain stock security and safety procedures.
