Huws Gray Limited is seeking a Yard Operative at Blaenau to support yard operations and customer service. The role involves loading, unloading, stock control and ensuring deliveries depart on time.

You’ll receive training with HIAB certification support, a robust annual leave allowance, a company bonus scheme, a contributory pension and staff discounts. A Class 2 licence is required; forklift licence is a nice extra.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence required.
• Forklift licence is a plus.
• Customer service in a busy yard environment desirable.
• Willingness to learn HIAB certification and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in the yard.
• Safely receive and organise deliveries - keep the yard tidy and secure.
• Assist with loading/unloading and help deliveries go out on time.
• Maintain stock security and uphold safety procedures.
