Charles Trent Ltd operates as a family-run business and is a leading vehicle recycler with a large-scale European facility. The Yard Forklift Driver role is based at the Poole site (BH12) and offers a salary of £32,110 with a 47.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

The role requires a counterbalance forklift licence and a strong safety mindset. As part of the yard team, you will unload lorries, move vehicles around site, and manage vehicle location within the 5-car racking system, while

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
• Clear communication skills are required to coordinate with yard colleagues.
• A strong focus on health and safety at all times.
• Must be able to work well within a team and support daily tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure safe handling of loads.
