Job summary

WR Logistics in Rochester, UK, invites applications for a Yard and Fleet Coordinator. Take ownership of the daily operation, security and housekeeping of the yard, warehouse and workshop, ensuring a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

You will receive, inspect, unload and record deliveries, manage stock levels of tools and PPE, issue equipment for projects, and coordinate maintenance of the fleet, including MOTs and repairs.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and methodical with attention to detail.
• Practical, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritise workloads, work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the daily operation, security and housekeeping of the yard, warehouse and workshop, maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
• Receive, inspect, unload and accurately record deliveries, while managing stock levels of tools, materials and PPE.
• Prepare, issue and receive tools, equipment and materials to support upcoming projects and site operations.
• Clean, inspect, maintain and carry out minor repairs to company tools and equipment, coordinating the hire and servicing of specialist equipment where required.
• Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring equipment is transported securely.
• Coordinate the maintenance, servicing, MOTs and repairs of the company fleet, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, roadworthy and ready for operational use.
