OPENLANE is seeking an Operations & Stock Coordinator at our Rockingham site in the UK. The role blends administrative coordination with hands-on warehouse duties, ensuring vehicles and loose items move efficiently through refurbishment and logistics processes.

You will handle reporting, stock checks and customer inquiries, working closely with a small team. The position suits proactive individuals who enjoy a mix of office work and practical tasks on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work independently or as part of a small on-site team.
• Willingness to perform outdoor activities when required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting refurbishment programme.
• Process vehicles through refurbishment and storage workflow.
• Produce reports for customers, suppliers and internal teams using Office tools.
• Handle customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with on-site team.
