Job summary

Cnxr is seeking a Creative SDK Support Engineer to join their AR/VR team in Greater London. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to drive SDK-related projects, troubleshooting issues, and developing documentation to support B2B customers.

The ideal candidate has experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and a background in VR/AR or Android development. You will help maintain demo libraries and provide product demonstrations at events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the IT industry.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Preferred experience in VR/AR/MR and Android development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure key deliverables of PICO B2B projects are met.
• Troubleshoot SDK-related questions and issues.
• Collect and share B2B customer requirements with Product teams.
• Maintain open-source demo libraries on GitHub.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide product support and demos for events.
