XYZ Reality is transforming construction with an engineering-grade AR platform. We are seeking a tech-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to own hiring across software, computer vision, BIM/VDC and product.

You'll partner with leaders, shape hiring strategy and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, delivering a standout candidate experience while using data to improve performance. Hybrid work in London with biannual salary reviews and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience with a focus on technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting in engineering or deep tech environments.
• Proven success filling complex or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience sourcing globally beyond LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (brief → offer → close).
• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans.
• Proactively source high-demand tech talent using creative approaches.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets (AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, engineering).
• Deliver standout candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Use data to improve hiring performance and optimise processes.
• Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategy.
