Job summary

Lady Seaward's Church of England Primary School in Exeter is seeking an organised, warm and caring individual to lead and plan our wraparound care provision, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children throughout before- and after-school sessions.

You will work under the headteacher and class teachers to support pupil progress, promote inclusion, build positive relationships with staff, pupils and families, and demonstrate initiative, integrity and compassion in every interaction.

Job description

We are looking for an organised, warm and caring individual to lead and plan our wraparound care provision to provide the highest level of care for the safety and wellbeing of children. You are required to be an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual

1. To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
2. To work under the direction of the head of school and class teachers to demonstrate high levels of progress and development for pupils.
3. You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.
4. To nurture positive relationships with staff, pupils, families and whilst working with other professionals.
