Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wrap around care operation.
• Provide direct supervision for children aged 4-11.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure safety, welfare and safeguarding at all times.
• Supervise and support wrap around care staff.
• Communicate professionally with parents and school staff.
• Maintain accurate records per safeguarding policies.
• Plan snacks and accommodate dietary needs.
• Create a welcoming, well-managed environment.
