Job summary

St Peter's Catholic Primary School, Leamington Spa, part of St Raphael the Archangel CMAT, is seeking a Wraparound Care Assistant on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027. The role is part-time, 6 hours per week, term-time only (38 weeks per year).

The successful candidate will support a safe, caring environment before and after school, work in a team, and demonstrate commitment to the school’s Catholic ethos and high behaviour expectations.

Qualifications

• Supports the Catholic ethos of the school.
• Experience of working with primary‑aged children in school/childcare/play setting.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• High expectations of behaviour and care for all children.

St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are looking to recruit a Wraparound Care Assistant. This role will be based at St Peter's Catholic Primary School, Leamington Spa part of St Raphael the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust. This is a fixed-term role until 31st August 2027, working part time, 6 hours per week on a term time only basis (38 weeks per year).

The successful candidate will be someone who:

• is fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• has experience of working with primary-aged children in a school, childcare or play setting
• has strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• has high expectations of behaviour and care for all children
• has energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
