Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Wraparound Care Assistant to support children aged 3–11 in our after-school club. Hours are 3:30pm–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, during 38 weeks per year (term time only).

This fixed-term position runs to 31 August 2027 and offers a friendly team environment where you can contribute ideas to keep children engaged in safe, creative activities.

We are looking for creative, flexible and proactive candidates with a strong knowledge of how to support learning and provide care for children.

The role is to assist in providing a caring and secure environment for children from 3 - 11 years old through individual and group activities.

A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine love of being around children is essential along with someone who has some great ideas to help keep our children busy and enjoying their time with us. You will be working in a small team with a chance to grow your skills and enhance our club.
