Job summary

Medicareplus International in the United Kingdom is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for East Midlands to grow wound care products across Coventry, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northampton, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

Candidates must reside in the territory and have a proven B2B sales track record, strong data analysis, and excellent CRM skills (Salesforce). A full UK driving licence and advanced MS Office skills are required to succeed in this fast-paced field-based role.

Qualifications

• NHS wound care experience essential.
• Proven B2B sales record with targets met or exceeded.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical ability.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise in a fast-paced role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop local business plans with Regional Manager.
• Meet annual sales, market share targets and KPIs.
• Build customer relationships and educate on products.
• Coordinate territory events and meetings.
• Maintain CRM data and plan schedules efficiently.
• Attend Regional and National Sales Meetings.
