Urgo Group is seeking a Clinical Specialist to promote clinical evidence and build NHS relationships across a regional UK area. The role focuses on advancing wound care practice, developing clinical guidelines, and delivering education to clinicians.

With mandatory NMC registration, you will lead regional clinical projects, engage KOLs, support market access, and collaborate with marketing and learning teams to maximise patient outcomes and business impact.

Qualifications

• Professional clinical registration (e.g. NMC) is mandatory.
• Experience in wound care practice and clinical education.
• Ability to lead regional clinical projects and studies.
• Strong knowledge of national and international clinical guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clinical strategy across a regional area to support objectives.
• Lead smart clinical projects including audits and evaluations.
• Identify formulary opportunities and support market access.
• Develop regional study events and educational activities.
• Engage and manage KOLs and regional opinion leaders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with marketing and L&D.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with policies.
