Job summary

Urgo Group seeks a Clinical Trainer South – Central – Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex for a 12‑month fixed-term role. You will train NHS staff on compression therapy, represent Urgo’s Advanced Wound Care brands, and travel within Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, Sussex and Frimley to deliver education and build relationships.

The role requires a Registered Nurse (Band 5) with expertise in leg ulcers and strong presentation, influencing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Band 5 with knowledge of leg ulcers and treatment options.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for large groups.
• Ability to influence colleagues and build relationships with NHS staff.
• Good time management and ability to travel across allocated territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education to NHS staff to support compression brand adoption.
• Provide best-in-class training to nurse customers and support product specialists.
• Create engaging training sessions, in-person and virtual, to drive engagement.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and outcomes.
• Travel across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, Sussex and Frimley to cover Territory.
