Smith Nephew seeks a clinical specialist for Advanced Wound Management to support community-based clinicians across North Wales and the Midlands. You will deliver hands-on clinical education, strengthen therapy advocacy, and ensure patients receive the right wound care solutions at the right time.

You will partner with NHS professionals, manage education programs, and grow relationships within a hybrid-working environment.

Competenze

• Registered General Nurse or allied health professional with NHS clinical experience and an interest in wound care and NPWT.
• Ability to deliver confident clinical education and build trust with community healthcare professionals.
• Strong organisational skills to manage territory, relationships and training programmes.
• Passion for continuous learning and representing solutions that improve patient outcomes.
