The service supports people with long term health conditions or disabilities to stay in work or return to employment, providing personalised coaching, practical adjustments and wellbeing support. This role is central to ensuring the programme delivers consistent, evidence-based interventions that help residents thrive at work despite health challenges.

Salary: £48,226 to £51,356 per annum
